Donations to GAPA are tax deductible!
In February 2005 GAPA was approved as a public benefit organization (PBO No 930003634) and donations to the organization are exempt from donations tax in terms of section 56(1)(h) of the Act.
Bequests are also exempt from payment of estate duty in terms of the Estate Duty Act, 45 of 1955.
